Приветствую, коллеги!

В кратце, ситуация такова:
У клиента при пересылке курьерской почтой был утерян комплект оригиналов консамента!
Стандартную процедуру выдачи груза линиями я не спрашиваю, т.к. сам работал в линии.
Вотпрос таков:
м.б. кто-то сталкивался с подобной ситуацией и знает более "гуманные" способы решения проблемы ?
Буду признателен за любые советы и подсказки, за любую информацию.

мы связывались с отправителями, они подтверждали наш статус как получателя.

Please find the “Lost B/L” as follows. The attached file may be guidance for the involved “Letter of Guarantee”

1- A written document on the shipper companies stamped and signed paper, stating that the original Bs/L had been lost and requesting a new set to be issued should be collected fm the shipper (a copy of this doc must also be sent to us).

2- The attached letter of indemnity must be signed by both shipper and consignee.

3- New set of originals must be issued with the new b/l no and each original b/l of duplicate/second set must be claused:
’’This is the second set. The first set of bill of lading number......... is declared by the merchant to be lost and to be regarded null and void''

4- Then new set of B/L can be endorsed by shipper and you may be issued the telex release.
