The Finnish national organization of ITF, AKT ry, has informed they have declared a handling blockage concerning Oy Marine Container Yard Ab. The blockage is valid for the time being.

During the blockage stevedores don’t handle any containers that are coming from MCY or addressed to MCY even if they have been rotated via some other warehouse or terminal. This announcement by AKT concerns all Finnish operators.

We regret the harm this situation may cause You.

Customs is working from 8-16 during 24.6.-27.6.

Stevecos five-shift will end working at 10 p.m. in Kotka on Wednesday 22nd of June 2011. The two-shifts in Kotka and in Hamina will work until 10 p.m on Thursday 23rd of June. Both shifts will start working again on Monday 27th of June at 6 a.m."
