РАССКАЗЫВАЮ...
ЗАКАЗАЛ БУКИНГ ОТ ДВЕРИ БЕЛЬГИИ НА 7 КОНТЕЙНЕРОВ.
КОМПАНИЯ "ЧУДИ" (ЕСТЬ ТАКИЕ ВЕЛИКИЕ ЛОГИСТЫ) НЕ СОГЛАСОВЫВАЯ С МЕСТОМ ОТГРУЗКИ ПОДАВАЛИ МАШИНЫ.
КАК РЕЗУЛЬТАТ ОДНУ МАШИНУ ИЗ 7 ВООБЩЕ НЕ СТАЛИ ГРУЗИТЬ А ПРЕДЛОЖИЛИ ОБРАТНО ВЕРНУТСЯ В ПОРТ И ПРИЕХАТЬ НА СЛЕДУЮЩИЙ ДЕНЬ. ПРИ ЭТОМ КОМПАНИЯ "ЧУДИ" ПОНАВЫСТАВЛЯЛА ДЕМУРАГОВ И ДЕЛЕЕВ СТОЛЬКО ЧТО ХВАТИЛО ПРАКТИЧЕСКИ НА ПОЛ КОНТЕЙНЕРА С КИТАЯ ))

РЕШИЛ НАВЕРНО ВСЕ ТАКИ ПОДАТЬ НА ТОВАРИЩЕЙ В СУД.
НАПИСАЛ ПОКА ВОТ ТАКОЕ В РОТЕР (там лоадинг порт):

We have an offer from Julia : DOOR Kallo – LO Tallinn.
It means – your company takes responsibility to get a cargo from DOOR to LO.
So let me have that service…, but you are not doing that service. You are making invoices.
If your company do not want to discuss exact loading time with “DOOR”, so why we have to pay for that?
If your company do not want to cooperate with shipper from “DOOR”… why we have to pay?
I know that 30-40 minutes – it is a usual loading time of 1 truck.
So if you have loading hours with ADPO from 07.30 until 15.30 – why you cannot plan your working day ?
How do you think ? Can you arrive at 15.20 and wait for the next day ? 15.20 it is also accepted as arrival for loading…
In this case I will pay not hundreds, but thousands of euro.
Send a message by E-mail that “Truck will arrive tomorrow at 10.00. Please confirm loading.”
It is so easy, but you don’t cooperate with shipper at all.
From the other side you do not want to cooperate because trucking (and profit) will be more expensive.
I will pay anyway to get containers but www.....ee (моё морское юридическое звено) will help me to get it back. I am sure 100%. We have more than 14 years’ experience with them and I see that you have no loading time confirmed as well as empty round trip.

Example today in Tallinn (I am loading also here…):
Truck number : M963EM/60 – BB7101/60
Planned for loading : 09-00LT (loading hours 09.00 – 17.00)
Arrived to the port : 10-30LT
Due to late arrival : moved to 13-30LT
Loaded : 14-30LT
Custom’s cleared for Russia : 15-30LT
Truck was late, so I do not care about him… if I take care – I can stop warehouse at all.

КАК ДУМАЕТЕ ? ПЕРСПЕКТИВНО ПОТЯГАТЬСЯ С БЕЛЬГИЙСКО-ГОЛЛАНДСКИМИ ГОРЕ ЛОГИСТАМИ ? И ОТБИТЬ ШТУКУ ЕВРО ? 8-)
МНЕ ЗА ДЕРЖАВУ ОБИДНО. )) НУ ЧТО Ж НАС ЗА ЛОХОВ ТО ВСЕ ДЕРЖАТ, ХОТЯ САМИ НЕ ШАРЯТ НИ ГРАММА В ТОМ ЧТО ДЕЛАЮТ. ХОЧУ ХОТЬ РАЗ УСТРОИТЬ ПРЕЛЮДНУЮ ПОРКУ "ЛОГИСТА ВСЕГО В МЕДАЛЬКАХ,НАГРАДАХ И ЗВАНИЯХ" 8-)
МЕНЯ ПОСЛЕДНЕЕ ВРЕМЯ НА САМОМ ДЕЛЕ КАК ТО РАЗОГРЕВАЮТ ТРАНСПОРТНЫЕ СКАНДАЛЫ )) ТО ОДНИ БЕЗ КОНОСОВ ГРУЗ ВЫДАЛИ, ТО ДРУГИЕ ТРАКИ ПОДАЮТ ЧЕРЕЗ ПЕНЬ.
ОЧЕНЬ ХОЧЕТСЯ УЙТИ ИЗ ЛОГИСТИКИ ТРАНСПОРТНОЙ В КОНСАЛТИНГ ЛОГИСТА С ЮРИДИЧЕСКИМ УКЛОНОМ.
МАНИТ МАНИТ БАРДАК И ПОЛЕ НЕ ПАХАННОЕ. :) :) :)
