Фантастика, Кумар неожиданно нашелся по старому телефону - 946-4510 !!!
Обещал заплатить деньги при первой же возможности. Клялся и божился.
Веры мало, но еще чуть-чуть потерпим.
Может он тоже logist.ru читает и решил не усугублять ?

Dear Mr. Matushkin and your company "IBS"  I believe you understand English not bad, and the honorable participating members of this site as well.  
The message from you, contains a fake and completely unprofessional character which is lower than  cheap, I can say. Let's start about the service which you provided on behalf of IBS to Imperial Impex.  
1) We have paid 2 times more than other's quotation from other logistic companies,  
2) Your colleague from St. Petersburg Mrs. Skvortsova's professionalism is an another long story, in context of docs. I have all correspondence and the service charges which were asked from her. We paid more than your service costs.
I want to make it very clear before every participants of this forum that Mr. Matushikn's information is fake, neither my company, nor my Deputy Esipenko has changed telephone numbers. And You guy, Mr. Matushkin please have a good suggestion, "Never use Indian, Pakistani" don't be so patriot, I know the worth and the approachs of your patriotism and believe me such kind of partial opinions about a particular nationality is not professional level of International business, I am sure IBS is trying to be in International business at least!
By the way I am Russian citizen!

1) In occasion of payment - your information is not true. To you it was repeatedly informed, that the container costs in port and we cannot make on it any actions because of absence of the complete set of documents. As a result - penalties for extra time which you now refuse to pay. We have given accounts from the agent of a line and the port, confirming these charges.  
And I have given out All of you documents under the promise to close all debts.  
And when we communicated 28.06.2006, you have once again confirmed it.
 
1) По поводу оплаты - Ваша информация не верна. Вам неоднократно сообщалось, что контейнер стоит в порту и мы не можем производить по нему никаких действий из-за отсутствия полного комплекта документов. В итоге -  штраф за хранение, которые Вы теперь отказываетесь платить. Мы предоставили счета от агента линии и порта, подтверждающие эти расходы.
Я отдал Вам оригинальные документы после Вашего обещания оплатить все задолженности.  
И когда мы с Вами общались 28.06.2006, Вы еще раз подтвердили это.
 
2) On professional qualities of Mrs.Skvortsova at other clients of censures is not present.

3) In occasion of "Never use Indian, Pakistani", excuse, it is really incorrect. But it is the my personal experience which has developed for 14 years of work in transport. Unfortunately, it is the fact.  
 
3) По поводу "индийцев и пакистанцев", извините, это действительно некорректно. Но это мой личный опыт, сложившийся за 14 лет работы в транспорте. К сожалению, это факт.
 
4) Nevertheless, it would be desirable, that you have paid a duty. As the Russian citizen or not - it is unimportant!

At the onset I would like to inform you few things which has really created the disputes and misunderstandings:
 
1) The reason of delay happened at the port was not from our side,  Mr.    Esipenko informed me, as at that time I was in India and he was vouching the operations and he was supposed to inform by Mrs. Skvortsova for full set of required Docs. and unfortunately I got those informations from Mrs. Skvortsova, once I came back from India, I hate to say but it's fact it was my initiative to squeeze information from her and after five-six telephone calls a day to her, I could hardly recieve from her an usual "incomplete list of docs." Let me know dear friend, if I am wrong! please check first with your professionals, then only you can blame to others, I don't think Mr. Matushkin the way you have chosen for solution of this dispute is correct!
Apart from these things, would you be so kind, can you tell me one thing How came, you blame about us that you were searching, the change of address, telephone, contact details? For your kind information Mr. Matushkin, I use to receive more than 50 calls a day and we are here on the same address since the company got registered, so before using such kind of vulgar, fake and cheap blame, you could have thought at least, you are quite professional and matured guy, in fact I was not expecting such a cheap step from you, I am so sorry for you! Dear friend, when we had telephonic conversation with you, did I tell you anything,or asked any excuses, or did you ask me any question in that way. which you published in your e-mail before everyone? Was it right way, no Mr. Matushkin, no You have let me down with your fake information, and be sure, My reputation worths more than the claimed amount, you are looking for. I will highly appreciate to have firm reply from you regarding all these misunderstandings so that we could find out the best way to solve it, once more again i would like to make you sure, that neither me nor Mr. Esipenko has any intensions to disappoint anyone's right but before that now, I want concrete reply for each and every steps, which has effected my reputations and which has been taken futile!

Тему считаю закрытой, отправляю юриста этим вопросом заниматься.
