Diplomation
Each quarter we diplomate businesses that have had triple-A for at least 12-15 months. The company receives a diploma and gets the right to use the triple-A logo for marketing purposes, as a symbol for highest credit worthiness.
Soliditet in Sweden and D&B in Denmark, Finland and Norway have a uniform credit rating, rating history and limit.
Only limited companies can become triple-A rated. The company turnover must exceed 2 M SEK, have existed for at least 4 years and the ratios need to be substantially higher than industry average.
AAA – Highest credit worthiness
Applicable on limited companies only. Also, the company turnover must be higher than 2 M SEK, it must have existed for at least 10 years and ratios need to be substantially higher than industry average.
AA – Good credit worthiness
The highest rating a trading-, limited partnership- and private company can get. Limited companies with a turnover of 1 million SEK and key ratios higher than average.
A – Credit worthy
To get rating A, the key ration should be over average or average
AN – New company
New businesses without any negative information
B – Credit with safety measurements
For companies whose key ratios are below industry average and companies with negative information
C - Credit advised against
Businesses with major payment problems, used up share capital, bankrupcy commitment or with key ratios far below industry average. Businesses with serious accountant remarks also get rating C.
(-) – Rating not applicable
Rating is not applicable on businesses where important information is missing, out of date or on inactive businesses.
